Sometimes we feel tossed to and fro by life. Whether it is a cancer diagnosis, a loss of a loved one, financial difficulties, or general busyness, it is very easy to feel like our world is falling apart. However, life doesn’t have to be that way. Even when life tries to knock you down, we can stand firm and meet any challenge that comes our way through faith. Faith is what Christians have to overcome the world. The question for us is, “Will our faith in God be deep enough to face the fiercest of storms?”
In 2024, our church family at Maple Hill will strive to deepen the roots of our faith so we can persevere through the most difficult times in our lives.
We would love for you to join us this year as we try to be firmly rooted in God.
Rooted in Christ: “Feasting FOR the Lord” (Luke 7:29-35)
"Give us this day our daily bread."
Isn't it amazing that this line made it into our Lord's model prayer?
There are so many other things we could pray about, but Jesus focused in this one line on our basic necessity to be daily sustained by food.
This Sunday morning at Maple Hill we will speak about how that daily sustenance provided by our Lord can have spiritual implications that draw us closer to God and closer to others. Yes, even basic sustenance can have a profound impact on our souls!
Join us this Sunday morning at we examine how eating can be a spiritual practice.

At one time or another, we all need help. Sometimes that help can come from our own efforts to know God and His will for us. Other times, that help can come from a friend or loved one who cares about us. And sometimes, problems may require help from a professional counselor.
Maple Hill partners with College Hills Church of Christ to offer professional counseling through AGAPE Christian Counseling. Sessions are available every Tuesday and Thursday, from 11 AM to 6 PM, at the Maple Hill building, 102 Maple Hill Rd, in Lebanon.
