Prayer updates

RESPONDED
Terry Hallums responded to the invitation Sunday morning asking for the prayers of the congregation.

Kay (Norris) Bringhurst, former member of Maple Hill, has been diagnosed with stage 4 Lymphoma. 2524 Amberwood Way, Lebanon, TN 37090.
Tamara Carey, mother of Wyatt Carey, is having health concerns. Her address is: 304 River Road, Mt Juliet, TN 37122.
Carter Cavin, friend of Brady Stovall, has broken both bones in his leg.
Winton Chaffin suffered a heart attack and is recovering at home.
Jack Evins,
uncle of Ronnie Doak and former member of Maple Hill, is recovering at McFarland rehab.
John Hawkins, a friend of many at Maple Hill, was diagnosed with cancer and will be doing nine weeks of chemo. His address is: 230 Hawkins Hill Lane, PO Box 11, Gainesboro, TN  38562.
Betty Henderson is back home at Hearthside.
Dean Pittard, mother of Cinda Naylor, is experiencing some health problems.
Estelle Preston
is recovering at home after hip replacement surgery.
Jim Richardson
will go to VA-Nashville on September 29 to have skin cancer removed.
Ellie Rushing,
infant niece of Rachel Gray, was born without a soft spot and will require surgery. She will have a CT scan September 22 and surgery October 5.
Tom Sanders, former member of Maple Hill and uncle of Linda Erwin, is suffering from a severe leg infection. He is at UMC, room 2219.
Rose Shoulders is recovering at home.
Eli Spencer fractured his scull after a bike wreck. A recent cat-scan showed he had bruising on the brain. He is recovering at home.
George Summers, Sr., is at McFarland rehab, room 245. He will be going home Saturday.
Kevin Tackett, friend of the Griffith’s and others at Maple Hill, has a mass on the colon area. He received a good report and will have minor surgery in 3 weeks. Kevin is the minister at the church of Christ in Chatsworth, GA.
Kelsey Towns, 17-year-old granddaughter of Paul and Carol Towns and friends of Max Lankes, has been diagnosed with a rare, very aggressive form of cancer.  It is on her leg and she will be taking chemo and radiation treatments for the rest of the year. Audrey Vaughn, former member of Maple Hill, is at Lebanon Rehab, room 205.
Tina Young, friend of Richard and Rhonda Swindell, is undergoing chemo treatments for the second time and is having a difficult time.

Golf Tournament

The church golf tournament has been set for Saturday, September 25 at Riverwatch Golf Course in Smithville. The tournament will start at 8:00 am and the fee is $30.00 per player.
