The Half-Timers ministry is made up of families whose children no longer live at home. They are involved in service projects that involve construction such as roofing, plumbing, floor repair, painting etc. They oversee a day set aside to honor the births of babies in the congregation. Social events also play a role in the activities they are involved with.
