It is time to update our Personal Membership Involvement Forms for everyone in the Maple Hill congregation! This is a very important tool for us, and we need your help making sure you and your family fill one out for each person. On Sunday, November 2, you will have a unique opportunity to visit our Ministry Fair, which will have booths that highlight our different ministries and ways to serve God with Maple Hill. We encourage you to come and learn what ways you can serve. Toward that end, we also need you to fill out the Involvement Form below. We are hoping to have a completed form on hand for every member in the congregation as soon as possible. You can fill one out at church on November 2. However, if you would like to print yours at home, or you are unable to come Sunday, you can download the form below.
